The Princess Album of 'Your Favourite Record Stars' issued free with Princess Comic. This was a giveaway do it yourself crudely cut out magazine. Not dated. Circa 1963.

Measures approx 6" x 5". Complete with 16 pages of pictures and information of Pop Stars of the day, including one page on the Beatles.

Dog eared throughout. No tearing or creasing but has overall light general wear.

Packed full with articles and colour photo's on both covers and inside, including full page colour spreads throughout (no B/W photo's). Not dated. Circa 1964. Published in England by Fleetway Publications Ltd. Printed by Sun Printers Ltd Watford and London. Usually a weekly magazine with news, features and photos of 1960's Pop Stars. Complete with all 24 pages. Price 2/6d-. Approx size 13" x 10". Very well looked after. In EX+ Condition with some minimal minor wear and a short tear (approx 1" long) on the edge of the back cover and adjoining back page. Spine is perfect with no splits (minimal light rubbing only). No other tears, creases, dog eared corners etc.

Has three feature spreads including a five page article about the Beatles by George Melly, a two page article about Stuart Sutcliffe by Nik Cohn and a full colour centerfold picture by Barry Fantoni (later Professor) with full detailed description of the painting. Condition is EX/NM with just some minor scratch marks in one small area at the center left of the front cover. Inside pages are complete and NM. Pages are all intact and attached to the staples which have no signs of rust. No yellowing or ageing throughout.

'Les Beatles Magazine'. Unusual edition of the Beatles Monthly No.1 in French, published by La "Semaine Radio-Tele".
It is not numbered or dated, but the price (on the front cover) of 1.50 French Francs suggests it is from the period, because before France joined the Euro there were roughly 8 French Francs to the GB Pound.
The original UK Beatles Monthly No.1 was issued in August 1963 at 1/6d (one shilling and six pence), and there were 20 Shillings in the Pound. So 1.50 Francs would have been about 3 Shillings!

It is just about the same size as the UK Monthlies and the back and front covers are identical, although this French version is in red, not purple.
The contents (most of the articles and photos) are the same as the original, but there are a few deductions and a few additions, plus two more pages.
Condition is EX/NM, with some light fading on the front cover and some light wear to both the front and back, plus two small areas of the surface on the back cover torn away. The spine has some light rubbing but no tears or splits.
